ECMS Stormwater Programs
Under California's Industrial Stormwater General Permit (a.k.a., General Permit), regulated facilities are obligated to develop, implement and manage on-site Stormwater Management Programs.
This can be done on an individual basis or by participating in an approved group program.
A Group Stormwater Monitoring Program is comprised of like facilities implementing the same stormwater management program on site under the guidance of a qualified group program administrator.
ECM Services is one of the first recognized Group Program Administrators in California and certainly one of the most respected and established with its programs spanning over twenty years.
Participating in an ECM Services Group Program is always our first recommendation because of the specific benefits afforded group participants.
However, not all industries that are regulated by the General Permit have the group option available.
That is why ECM Services also offers Individual Stormwater Management Program (ISMP) support services.
